The entrance Hall is adorned with a 16th century English Hall table and antique marble table, mixed with modern Julian Chichester and Oka pieces. The double heighted living area creates an airy bright feel where you are able to relax on large comfy sofas.

 

The fully fitted kitchen has a large island with breakfast bar, double oven (one a combi microwave), two dishwashers, two large American fridge freezers, wine fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern amenities that one would expect in a first class villa including plenty of glassware and two dinner services.

Through the kitchen doors you access a large veranda style terrace with two separate areas of comfortable seating and a 14ft teak dining table which is perfect for entertaining. The terrace overlooks the pool area and pickle court beyond. The pool has steps and a seat along one side. Around the pool there are two double daybeds and plenty of single sunbeds to accommodate those staying in the villa.

The television room has air conditioning, ceiling fan, large bespoke corner sofa, hand-made furniture with bookcases, computer work area and television – the perfect place to chill out and have a break from the midday sun.

Comfort is at the fore in all the bedrooms with top quality Sofa & Stuff handmade mattress throughout, bespoke bedheads in designer materials, sumptuous pillows and fine bedlinens from Rise and Fall and the White Company. Furniture from Julian Chichester, Chelsea Textiles, Soho House, Oka, antiques and handmade rugs in every room. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms.

All ensuites have bespoke double wash hand basin units and showers. The master bathroom has a copper bath and large shower.

Villa Sand Dollar boasts two beautiful, Super-king size, four poster beds and in the other four bedrooms the beds can be either arranged as twins or Super-king sized beds. 

​

All bed linens and towels are provided and there is a weekly maid service (which can be increased upon arrangement, at an additional cost).

​

Villa Sand Dollar is a 7-10 minute walk from the many conveniences of English and Falmouth Harbours, including a supermarket, fabulous Deli, wine shop and a variety of excellent restaurants, bars and the historic Nelson's Dockyard.

The Villa is not handicap accessible. No smoking is allowed inside the Villa and no parties or events without prior arrangement. Shopping and extra cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost and with prior notice.

Please ensure that aircon is turned off during the day and that all windows are closed when in use. Over use will incur additional charges.

Indoor and outdoor floors can be slippery when wet please be cautious. 

 

Please close all doors and windows and lock doors when leaving the property.

 

No pets.

 

Watch young children by the pool at all times please take note no diving as there are steps and a ledge in the pool.

 

Please be respectful of our neighbours when playing Pickle - it can be noisy so please don’t start too early!

 

We have wonderful on-island house managers (we are based in the UK). They can organise airport transfers (payable locally) and will meet you at the house on arrival to show you around and answer any queries you may have.
